went to watch the game and never seen such a sight in all my life. GC stands nearly empty, and absolutely NO life from the 10 fans in the stands. GC better have a good year here soon so they can get those ticket sales back up. Got to get all those bandwagon GC fans back in the stands, so we can hear how they`re their in the good times and the bad. Glad There were 3 times as many Appy fans their tonight so it actually felt like a football game. Hopefully things get better for GC so we cansee all the smiling faces back in the stands. This is not speaking for all GC fansjust the majority who only show up in the good times.

for whatever reason the crowds have been slowly declining for several years not just this year. It truly is rediculous, the hardcore fans still and will always show up. You would think that with the Devils playing in the LPD and the road trips aren't that long that more fans would show up but I guess they are just spoiled and if the team isn't undefeated then it ain't worth showing up. Pitiful!!!!

The crowd was pretty sparse wan't it? And 90% of the ones there were having some type of reunion and didn't know what was going on in the game. Paid $5 to sit and chat with buddies. But the crowds have been declining for the past 5-6 years not only in FB but BB also. Guess people have just lost interest, or are spoiled by success [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

May have been 50 fans at the JJK-Lee game on JJK's side, and they were parents on Senior Night. Were the Tribe winning though, we'd have had a bunch-gotta love the fair-weather "fans' from Wise [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

Got my heart broke last night though: Found out after the fact that one of our seniors did not participate in the Senior recog walk because he didn't have either of his parents there with him. Had I known, I'd have walked with the youngin'. We also had another one who asked one of the coaches to walk with him. I dunno...i know work is important, but if I am still at ROSP when it comes my kid's turn to make that walk, ROSP is just going to have to understand.

I had a good friend who left his mother, and lived with his grandparents that we sort of took care of, and one of the assistants walked with him on our SR night. It makes you that much more thankful for what you have when you see that. Unfortunately, as we went off to college, he fell back into his ways as a sophomore or so.
